"I want to let you know how much I appreciate the care and
thoughtfulness of your employees and Sequoia Seniors as a
caregiver institution. Sequoia Senior Solutions has shown us
nothing but cooperation and concern in meeting my needs and the
needs of my parents. When you first started taking care of my
mother, the hospital had turned her care over to Hospice and
gave her less than three weeks to live. Due to your help and the
assistance of the caregivers, there was a huge improvement in
her health, strength, attitude and vitality. It has been ten or
eleven months since you've started working with us and my
mother, at 90 years old, is still going strong.
My father, who is 93 years old, and has been with my mother
since 14 years of age, has also benefited from the care shown to
my mother. Prior to your assistance, my father was the sole
caregiver and doing everything around the house on a daily
basis. The strain and worry was showing and affecting my
father's weight and health. Not only has he regained the weight
he lost but he is so much more at peace than he was before
Sequoia's assistance. Due to the daily contact the caregivers
have with my parents, when my father started acting differently
from his normal routine and seemed out of sorts, a caregiver
called to inform us as to what she was seeing. She asked if we
thought he should be checked out at the hospital. Due to her
quick action and observation we were able to catch the
beginnings of Pneumonia and treat it before it became a real
problem.
The caregivers have become a part of our family and we don't
know what we would do without them. The fact that we live more
than 3,000 miles away from our parents and in a different State
means we are totally reliant on Sequoia Senior Solutions to
provide the care for my parents. Your company and your
caregivers have met and exceeded our expectations. I just wanted
to express my gratitude and tell you how pleased I am with your
service and the wonderful and caring people you have working for
