Sequoia Senior Solutions Awarded Top Excellence Certificate for the Third Consecutive Year
Sequoia Senior Solutions, Inc. of Petaluma has been awarded the Pinnacle Quality Certificate for the third consecutive year by the independent contractor Pinnacle Consulting of Salt Lake City, Utah, in recognition of consistent excellence, achievement, and commitment to high levels of service and customer satisfaction. Sequoia Senior Solutions provides in-home care for seniors throughout Sonoma, Marin, Napa, Lake and Mendocino Counties, enabling them to remain independent and in their own homes for as long as possible.
This certificate which is backed by a customer satisfaction survey carried out by Pinnacle Consulting shows Sequoia Senior Solutions to be “ranked in the highest standards of achievement” according to Gabriella Ambrosi, CEO of Sequoia Senior Solutions, Inc. The 2008 survey taken among Sequoia Senior Solutions clients earlier this year, has ratings that consistently come in at “5” on a scale of 1-5 for a host of categories ranging from “Overall Quality of Service” to “Staff Professionalism” and “Recommend Agency to Others”.
“They’re very good to help me when I’m concerned about something” one client answered. Another responded with, “I give it a double five!” Some clients even commented that in regard to “Accessibility of Staff”, “I have always been able to reach them.”
