Medication Reminder Calls
Our SafeSenior program is
a totally
automated service. Our system will call at the
predetermined time and say: “Hello (first name), this is
Sequoia Senior Solutions calling. It’s time for you to
take your medication. Have you taken your (medication
names)? If yes, say "Yes" or press 1 on your touchtone
phone. If no, say "No" or press 2 on your touchtone
phone.” If "Yes" is said or 1 is pressed, our system
says: “Thank You. Goodbye.” If “No” is said or 2 is
pressed, we say: “Please do so at this time. Thank You,
Goodbye.”
For each of the Medication Reminder
Calls, you determine the days of the week and the
specific time the calls are to be made. You can select
up to 6 medications for each call, and they can be
different medications for each of the calls. Our system
will make 3 attempts to reach the senior at
approximately 10 minute intervals for each Medication
Reminder Call. If unsuccessful after 3 attempts, no
message will be left, and our system will immediately
call a designated Contact. We will also send an email to
the Contact if their email address has been provided. |

Well Being Calls
Our SafeSenior program is
a totally automated service. Our system will call at the
predetermined time (Time-Specific) or during a
preselected time window
(Random Time) and say: “Hello, this is Sequoia Senior
Solutions calling. Are you well today? If yes, say "Yes"
or press 1 on your touch tone phone. If no, say "No"
or press 2 on your touch tone phone.” If "Yes" is said
or 1 is pressed, our system says: “Thank You. Goodbye.”
If “No” is said or 2 is pressed, we say: “We will call
(designated Contact) immediately. Thank You, Goodbye.”
For each of the Well
Being Calls, you determine the days of the week and the
specific time (Time-Specific) or time window (Random
Time) the calls are to be made.
Our system will make 3
attempts to reach the senior at approximately 10 minute
intervals (30 minute intervals for Random Time) for each
Well Being Call. If unsuccessful after 3 attempts, we
leave a message that we have made 3 attempts and our
system will immediately call a designated Contact. We
will also send an email to the Contact if their email
address has been provided. |
